What is our leadtime for custom apparels & corporate gifts?
The leadtime for your order varies based on different contributing factors. It depends on the printing methods required and also whether your order requires local production or overseas production.
Local Production – Generally for simpler designs such as Silkscreen printing or UV Printing. This will commonly take about Silkscreen printing or Direct to Garment Printing. This will commonly take about 5 – 7 working days (after artwork approval). Your Digital artwork will be provided for approval after the order has been processed!
Overseas Production – For more complex customisations, or for more competitive prices. As these are produced overseas, the general leadtime will take between 3-5 weeks depending on the product you require to customise.

Can I order just one custom T-shirt?
At Ministry of Print, our standard Minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts from just 20 pieces per design.
If you need lower quantity such as 10 pieces, do let us know and we’ll check if it’s feasible for your order.

How much does a custom T-shirt cost?
You can customise with us from as low as $5/piece! The cost of custom T-Shirt varies based on most common factors such as Quantity, Number of Colors to Print, and Product model.
General rule of thumb,
Higher Quantity, Lesser Colors = Lower Pricing
Lower Quantity, More Colors = Higher Pricing

Can I order different T-shirts and corporate gift colors with the same design?
Yes you can! Most quotations and pricing changes due to the design, and not the actual product color.
We allow mixing of corporate gifts and apparels with minimum of 10 pieces per color, for the same design printing.

What sizes do the personalised T-shirts come in?
Most T-Shirts and apparels we carry ranges from 2XS – 3XL.
There are unique products that go as small as 4XS and as big as 7XL.

What's your minimum quantity for custom corporate gift orders in Singapore?
We typically accept orders starting from 20 units for ready stocks, and from 50 pieces for overseas production. This which works well for small company events or team distributions. Higher volumes qualify for better per-unit rates. Share your requirements with us and we’ll create a suitable proposal.
What's the typical turnaround time for corporate gift production and delivery?
Ready stocks orders: 5-7 working days from confirmation
Overseas customisation orders: 3-5 weeks from confirmation

Adobe Illustrator files (.Al format) give optimal results. Alternative formats may require conversion time and could incur additional setup fees. Our team will collect your logo artwork after you confirm the order.
Do you handle international orders?
While we do not ship product samples internationally, we can still the order for you. You just need to arrange an pickup for your own courier. Simply submit your inquiry and we'll respond promptly. For specific international shipping details, please consult with our sales team.
How do I verify stock availability for ready-made items?
Products marked as "ready stock" on our website are currently available, allocated on a first-ordered, first-fulfilled basis. For the most current inventory levels, please verify with us on the day you're ready to place your order.

Definitely! Our listed prices already reflect discounts for orders under 200 to 1,000 units. For quantities exceeding 1,000 pieces, contact us for special volume pricing.
Can I examine product samples?
Yes. We maintain sample inventory for most catalog items. Our product photography is done professionally in-house, ensuring accurate representation of what you’ll receive. Do contact us beforehand to ensure we have it in our showroom, as it is impossible to have every physical item on our catalogue.
What level of customization is possible?
Complete customization is available. We generally accommodate unlimited color combinations for logo reproduction, though complex designs may involve modest additional costs.
Are there hidden shipping charges?
Our delivery charges starts from $20/location in Singapore. We provide this separate delivery fee because some of our customers love to visit our showroom personally to collect their completed orders! Instead of automatically charging you the fee, we keep it separate if you wish to save some costing too!
Can you deliver to multiple addresses, including international locations?
Yes. Singapore multi-location delivery is possible and our delivery charges starts from $20/location in Singapore. While we do not provide International shipping, you can still do an order with us, and arrange your own courier for pick-up in our showroom once the order is ready.
